Archiving area is an
ASC concept that allows you to archive separately using different archiving rules such as organizational entities, retention period, archiving periodicity, SAP AS retention periods.
In addition, archiving option concept makes it possible to define detailed specific archiving rules. Options allow separate management of document types, total/items documents, or CO object types.
